So sore! God...
My muscles are killing me!
I decided since I missed the class registration period for this fall's activities, I would start an exercise routine. I don't want to be holed up inside during the winter without any kind of physical activity. Besides, it would be cool if I was in shape more come my 18th birthday.
So the other day I went out and played about an hour of hacky sack. I didn't stretch enough beforehand. Not only that, but I tried playing using my left leg.
I'm still aching.
Anyway. What a dumb thing to do. I'm going to take it a bit easier from now on. The last thing I want to do is injure myself.
I looked up some simple beginner exercises on the net... I did a few sets of weight lift exercises and abdominal crunches today.
I'm also drinking more water.
And I'm having fun too.
I'll probably start to see results in a matter of days. For some reason, my muscles develope very fast when I use them. My dad has it too. We think it's has something to do with our genetic make-up. It could also be that we're vegetarian. Probably a combination of the two.
Anyway... I'll try not to hurt myself. lol
